The Angahi app and related services (rides, delivery, meals, cargo, intercity rental, carpooling, wallet) are operated by Angahi CI, a company incorporated under Ivorian law, Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire ("Angahi", "we"). Any question about your data: [email protected].
Only what is necessary: the driver sees your first name and trip addresses; the customer sees the driver's first name, photo, vehicle and position; restaurants and partners see order details; payment providers process your payments; authorities may receive data on a legal basis. We never sell your data.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and hosted on infrastructure controlled by Angahi, with restricted, logged access.
To protect your Angahi wallet, we record, for each device that signs in to your account: an installation identifier generated by the app (not the IMEI, which applications cannot access), the brand and model derived from the browser, the platform, and the dates of first and last sign-in. You can review your devices under "My connected phones" and revoke a lost, stolen or handed-over device at any time: it will be signed out on its next contact with the platform. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in securing the service (wallet protection and fraud prevention). Revoked devices are kept for 12 months after revocation for security and evidence purposes, then automatically deleted.
Under Ivorian law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on personal data protection, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and erasure. Exercise them via [email protected] or the Account deletion page. You may lodge a complaint with ARTCI, the Ivorian data protection authority.
Angahi is not intended for unaccompanied minors: accounts are for adults, and trips involving a minor go through a referring adult.
